Bài viết phân tích một số thách thức đặt ra đối với pháp luật về trách nhiệm dân sự trong nghiên cứu, phát triển và ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo, phân tích kinh nghiệm lập pháp của Liên minh châu Âu về trách nhiệm dân sự trong kỷ nguyên trí tuệ nhân tạo, từ đó đưa ra một số khuyến nghị cho Việt Nam.
