LAW ON CIVIL LIABILITY IN RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract
This paper analyzes some challenges for the law on civil liability in research, development, and application of artificial intelligence, analyzes the legislative experience of the European Union on civil liability in the era of artificial intelligence, and makes some recommendations for Vietnam.
