Author Guidelines
- GENERAL REGULATIONS
Manuscripts submitted to the Proceedings or the Saigon International University Journal of Science must be original papers that have not been previously published in any other scientific journal.
The paper should not exceed 12 pages (including tables, notes, references, and appendices); it must be prepared in Microsoft Word format “.doc” or “.docx”; using Times New Roman font; A4 paper size; font size 12; margins: top 1.5 cm, bottom 1.5 cm, left 3 cm, right 2.5 cm; English transcription in IPA format.
The reference section must follow APA 7th Edition formatting with font size 10.

- MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE AND COMPONENTS
2.1. Title
The title must be provided in both Vietnamese and English, concise (no more than 20 words), clear, and accurately reflect the main content of the paper. The title should be written in uppercase, bold, centered, using Times New Roman, font size 14 (Unicode).
2.2. Abstract
The abstract must be written in both English and Vietnamese (identical in meaning and content), not exceeding 300 words, using Times New Roman, font size 12 (Unicode), presented as a single paragraph including: background, objectives, data, research methods, results, main conclusions, and key recommendations (if any). The abstract must clearly show the results, contributions, and novelty of the paper. It should not contain equations, figures, or references.
The Vietnamese abstract appears at the beginning of the paper, and the English abstract appears at the end of the paper, after the References section.
2.3. Keywords
Keywords must be provided in both English and Vietnamese (equivalent in meaning), with 3–5 keywords listed in alphabetical order. All keywords are written in lowercase except for proper nouns or scientific names. Keywords are separated by semicolons, with no punctuation after the final keyword.
2.4. Introduction
The introduction should include: (i) the necessity of the research topic; (ii) research objectives; (iii) expected theoretical and practical contributions; (iv) novelty of the research; (v) the main content to be addressed. The introduction must be concise, coherent, and without subheadings.
2.5. Literature Review, Theoretical Framework, and Research Methods
This section should: (i) clearly present the literature review and theoretical background; (ii) describe the theoretical or analytical framework used in the paper; (iii) outline the research methods, which may be qualitative, quantitative, or mixed, depending on the author’s approach. Quantitative studies should include models and hypotheses, while qualitative studies should describe research design and data collection methods.
2.6. Results and Discussion
This section should: (i) interpret and analyze new findings; (ii) identify general patterns and relationships between the author’s results and those of previous studies.
For papers of advisory, policy critique, or expert commentary nature, this section may focus primarily on evaluating the current state of the issue (achievements, limitations, and causes).
2.7. Conclusions and/or Policy Implications
Depending on research objectives, the paper should provide conclusions and propose solutions, managerial implications, or policy recommendations derived from the research findings.
Limitations of the study should also be stated.
2.8. Acknowledgement (if applicable): In this section, authors may express gratitude to institutions or individuals who supported the research, such as funding agencies, laboratories, material or data providers, or colleagues who provided advice and feedback.
2.9. References
Authors should list only the references cited in the paper according to APA 7th Edition (include DOI or URL where applicable).

3.1. Copyright Notice
The author holds the copyright to the article and is fully responsible for the scientific content, information, and data contained in the paper.
By submitting to the Journal, the author agrees that the copyright of the article belongs to the Journal/Proceedings once it is published.

- Affiliation and address: Times New Roman, italic, font size 10, right-aligned.

- Second author: Same format as the first author.
3.3. Similarity Check
Accepted manuscripts must ensure that the similarity index does not exceed 30%.
