Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper analyzes the legal aspects related to artificial intelligence (AI) in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Vietnam. Al has increasingly demonstrated its role in driving economic development, enhancing productivity, and fostering innovation across various fields such as healthcare, education, transportation, and industry. However, the rapid advancement of Al also raises numerous complex legal challenges. Key issues include intellectual property rights for Al-generated inventions, legal liability for errors caused by AI, and the protection of privacy and data security. The paper emphasizes the necessity of developing a comprehensive legal framework to ensure transparency, safety, and fairness in the development and application of AI. This requires a flexible yet rigorous approach to ensure strict oversight of Al products while supporting innovation. Furthermore, the paper proposes measures to promote international cooperation and workforce retraining, aiming for sustainable and effective development.
